The large en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, separate bathtub and shower, and two oversized mirrored closets. If you need to get some work done (or solve your daily crossword puzzle), use the desk to have a backdrop of the ocean. And when you need a break, you can step right onto the balcony without ever having to leave your bedroom.
Your guests will have their own bedroom and bathroom. They can enjoy TV on their queen-sized bed and conveniently walk across the hall to access the full bathroom. And with the washer and dryer in-unit, you don't have to leave home to do laundry.
The complex also boasts a hot tub with ocean views, secure garage parking, and a private elevator - all for your convenience. Take a 10-minute stroll to Carlsbad Village or drive to the nearby Legoland!

No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 4 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
